Our typical employment breach of contract client is a talented business professional, who is a high wage earner (with a high 6 or 7 figure salary).   He or she is typically in C-Suite executive, VP or Director or other executive level position of authority within their company and very likely a “known-name” in their industry.  Hence they are able to negotiate agreement due to their talent, skill and expertise.

What types of compensation are at issue?
